Job Duties:

· Prepare and cook menu items while ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s established quality and presentation standards

· Plan and organize food preparation activities and ensure that meals are prepared according to menu specifications

· Monitor food quality and consistency to maintain high culinary standards across kitchen operations

· Order and manage food and kitchen supplies and assist with monitoring inventory levels

· Maintain records related to food costs, inventory usage, and kitchen supply consumption

· Provide guidance and support to cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen workflow

· Demonstrate proper cooking techniques and safe use of kitchen equipment to kitchen staff when required

· Assist in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily food preparation activities

2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

Education:

Completion of secondary school is required
