What Youll Do :

As a Maintenance Technician, youll play a key role in creating top-tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting property turnovers

* Responding to service calls

* Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues

* Performing routine property inspections

* Collaborating with the property management team

* Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
