Overnight Porter/Valet – The Springs at the Waterfront

Location: 1015 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660

The Springs at The Waterfront is hiring an Overnight Porter/Valet for our new maintenance team. The ideal candidate blends personal warmth with technical skills. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, carpet cleaning, light maintenance, and addressing resident and building problems promptly and courteously. Additional duties involve valet service as needed, night security, and exterior garbage removal.

• Empty all trash and recycling daily
• Deliver mail packages to residents
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the building
• Set up rooms for special functions as needed
• Maintain common areas through carpet cleaning, painting touch‑ups, and floor cleaning
• Valet cars as needed
• Provide night security
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certified (training paid for and provided by The Springs Living)
• Must pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check
• Hold a driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years

Part Time

Hourly wage range of $17.13–$20 depending on experience.
