Professional House Cleaner - Driver

• No Experience Required
• Full‑time schedule – no nights, weekends or holidays
• Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.28 per hour with potential to earn up to $800 per week, paid weekly

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our proven process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• If you’re a team lead driving our vehicle:
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – responsible for vehicle use and team timing
• Maintain cleaning equipment and vehicle supplies – ensure the car is stocked with necessary housekeeping materials

• Earn one day of sick time for every 40 hours worked
• 3% company match for your 401(k) contributions

• Driver’s license required
• Ability to communicate in English (fluency not required)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Physical ability to perform standard housekeeping tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead)
• Available to work Monday–Friday during the day, 7:45‑5:00 p.m., and occasionally later if work dictates
