Field Service Technician - Largo, MD

Field Service Technician I: perform functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a wide range of rental and customer‑owned medical products, including cleaning, disinfecting, operational checks, and minor repairs of Baxter and non‑Baxter products. Operates a fleet vehicle and provides 24/7 delivery, removal, and service support in service centers and customer accounts.

• Perform electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Use appropriate tools for required adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on‑call coverage up to 24/7 basis, including weekends and holidays, with customer account visits.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete required activities under service contract.
• Safely operate a box truck vehicle or company car ranging from a cargo van to a 26,000‑pound truck.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Salary range: $51,200 – $70,400. Actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and location.
