Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Vancouver, WA. You will lead the maintenance team to keep the property in top condition, supervise staff, coordinate make-ready inspections, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities.
This role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, 2–3 years in supervision, HVAC and pool certifications, and a valid driver's license. On-call availability, strong communication, and focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
