Cleaner and Contents Technician
LocationPortland, OR
Pay$20/hour
ScheduleDay Shift Full-time (After-hours call-outs may be required)
Who We AreOur Client is a restoration company seeking a Cleaner and Contents Technician to clean, restore, inventory, and store residential and commercial property damaged by fire, water, and smoke.
What You’ll Do- Clean and deodorize customer contents affected by smoke, water, dirt, and other contaminants
- Pack and unpack cleaned items into boxes or storage containers
- Maintain inventory of cleaned and damaged items
- Coordinate repairs for furniture, electronics, area rugs, and other belongings
- Perform biohazard cleanup, including handling blood, fecal matter, and needles while wearing required PPE

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Experience handling contents restoration and inventory management
