DPI Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our client’s team in Vancouver, WA. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for building occupants and visitors.
Must be able to pass a Federal Security Clearance (this clearance can take up to 6 weeks to obtain).
Work Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 3 :00pm
-1 1 :30pm
- General Cleaning
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, and common areas
- Clean glass doors and mirrors
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- Restroom Maintenance
- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters
- Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Lobby and Common Areas
- Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, and shared spaces
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of prior commercial janitorial experience required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
