CBRE GDS in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Floor Technician to keep all floor areas clean, safe and well-maintained. You will perform sweeping, mopping, stripping and refinishing hard floors and clean carpets.
The role requires 2 years of floor cleaning experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions in English. You will operate floor care equipment including pallet jacks and tuggers, and follow safety PPE guidelines.
