Vandalia, Ohio. Pay Range: $20-$26/hr schedule:
Full Time; 40 hours per week. Duration:
September to December 2026. Relocation:
Not Available. Local Candidates preferred.

• Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.

• Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Participate in and select 2-3 hands‑on projects related to Engineering (Mechanical, Application, Electrical, Process, Medtech), Quality, Operations Leadership.

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or related program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
• Available for full‑time work (40 hours per week) during each 12 to 16-week rotation.
• Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
• Enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with a passion for learning.
