A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.

• Welcome patients upon their arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service
• Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile and friendly words
• Open doors and assist patients and visitors entering and leaving
• Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them efficiently and safely
• Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist individuals with disabilities
• Actively listen and respond to guest questions
• Thank guests sincerely and wish them well as they leave

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred previous experience at a hotel or as a valet attendant
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent/clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Clear background check
