The Hotel Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and guest rooms are well‑maintained, safe, and fully operational. The role supports guest satisfaction by promptly addressing maintenance issues and performing routine preventive maintenance throughout the property, ensuring a pleasant, comfortable, and memorable experience for guests.

• Keen eye for detail and respect for impeccably clean guest rooms.

• Comfortable with physical work and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
