The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Maren property in Venice, FL. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning to ensure top-notch curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a High school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required; weekend/on-call duties may be needed.
