What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to ensure safe facility conditions.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate purchases, control costs, and submit warranty claims for parts and equipment.
- Lead and develop third-party providers, fostering professional growth and performance.
- Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies, promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety and certification standards.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.
- Ability to manage budgets, including cost estimation, purchase approvals, and expense documentation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and resolving customer service issues effectively.
- Competence in coordinating third-party providers and leading teams to foster professional growth.
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with company policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
