Facility Worker – Custodial Services

USD Facilities Management is hiring for Facility Workers in the Custodial Services department.

Responsibilities include:

• Collect and remove trash
• Clean and dust furniture, windows, and walls
• Wet mop, strip and wax floors
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Mop and/or buff floors
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies
• Room set ups
• Change light bulbs and clean light fixtures
• Remove snow/ice
• Report needed repairs
• Maintain a safe environment by cleaning up spills and removing hazards

Shift hours are 1:00pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday.

Starting rate is $16/hour with an excellent benefits package, including generous vacation and sick leave and 11 paid holidays per year.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
