Job Description

Position Summary:

The Maintenance worker is responsible for performing a variety of skilled, semi‑skilled, and manual labor tasks in the general maintenance of Oxbow High School and River Bend Career and Technical Center buildings and equipment. The Level II Maintenance Workers take on added responsibilities around supervision of projects and maintenance functions. First shift, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:
This position pays between $19.22 and $28.72 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined by the district’s collective bargaining agreement, which considers factors such as degree level and years of service.

We’re 25 interstate miles north of Dartmouth Medical Center, and the many cultural events around Hanover, New Hampshire and Dartmouth College. It’s an ideal location for nature enthusiasts, within minutes of biking, skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and several rivers and lakes for kayaking and swimming.

• High school degree, or equivalent; trade school experience preferred for maintenance positions; a valid driver’s license is preferred, but not required.
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
