Exciting Custodian Opportunity at LB&B Associates Inc. Join a team that sets the benchmark for excellence in Logistics Support, Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance, Base Operations Support Services, Training Maintenance, Refueling, and Facilities Operations & Maintenance. We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Custodian to join our team at Highgate Springs/Saint Albans, VT (Federal Buildings).

Hourly Pay Rate

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. One weekend per month:
Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours each day (rotational holidays). As needed, you may be scheduled to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.
  • Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, and use of high speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
  • Maintain office cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.
  • Sanitize office spaces, breakrooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing.
  • Expertise in hard surface floor care and all‑purpose floor cleaning.
  • Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.
