Maintenance of snow making equipment and systems, aiming for quality, safety, and efficiency to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Maintain pumps, compressors, and cooling towers. Support the winter snow making team with equipment maintenance tasks and ongoing training of snow making staff.
Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr – $30.61/hr

- Adhere to snow making policies, safety guidelines, and best practices at all times
- Operate transportation vehicles per standard operating procedures
- Train for safe and efficient operation and maintenance of snow making equipment
- Follow standards, best practices, and safety procedures outlined in the manual
- Operate, inspect, and maintain snow making equipment
- Hands-on knowledge of trade-specific hand tools
- Knowledge of stormwater management
- Communicate effectively across shifts and teams
- Maintain pumps and compressors
- Utility locates and hydrant repair/replacement
- General housekeeping of snow making facilities
- Inventory, stock, and order maintenance components
- Audit and manage maintenance documentation
- Oversee maintenance staff in the absence of leadership
- Assist with general snow making tasks when needed
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 3–5 years of prior snow making experience required
- Valid Driver’s License without restrictions
- MS Office preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to ski or snowboard at a Level 6 ability if necessary
- Advanced understanding of snow making equipment maintenance and operations
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr – $30.61/hr individual compensation decisions depend on a variety of factors.
