General Laborers Needed - Seasonal Opportunity!
Location: Essex Junction, VT (On the Bus Line!)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Weekend availability is required.
Westaff is actively recruiting dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a growing event rental company entering its busiest season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity with steady hours and overtime potential.
What You'll Do- Assemble, install, and dismantle event tents
- Inspect tents, equipment, and accessories to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Monitor and maintain tent structures, making adjustments as needed for changing weather conditions
- Work as part of a team to safely and efficiently complete installations
- Set up and break down additional rental equipment, including:
- Dance floors
- Flooring and carpeting
- Lighting
- Stages
- Tables and chairs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment as needed
- Team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules
