We are looking for a Pool Technician to join our team!
The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence within all aquatic facilities. This role ensures compliance with Spruce Peak standards and all applicable State of Vermont regulations. The Pool Technician performs preventive maintenance, conducts water quality testing, responds to guest and departmental requests, and supports overall guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in hotel, resort, or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and chemical handling preferred.
- Current CPO certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
- Must be able to:
- Lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods, 6-8 hours.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout all seasons.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and handle equipment frequently.
