Assists the Maintenance Department in keeping the buildings and grounds clean and healthy according to safety standards.
Salary Range: $19.00 Hourly
Responsibilities- Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments.
- Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes.
Note:
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. This position is primarily custodial.
- Ability to properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read and understand labels and directions
- Proficient in the use of computer software such as MSWord, Excel and Outlook, etc.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of custodial experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
