Lead Lift Experience
We’re hiring for the winter 2026/27 season. Join our Lift Experience Team and help provide guests with a seamless, end‑to‑end experience from the entrance to lift unloading.
Job SummaryThe Lift Operations Team Lead is responsible for the safe operation of resort lifts, overseeing employees in the Lift Experience Team while maintaining courteous and efficient guest service. Proven leadership, communication, and safety orientation are essential.

- Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and procedures for opening and closing lifts.
- Assist with hiring, support, and training of operators and scanners in daily operations and safety.
- Monitor and document lift operator performance and behavior to provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric teams to resolve mountain issues.
- Promote clean and organized workstations.
- Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide additional training to support ticket scanning as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–2 years of prior lift or mountain operations experience.
- Physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Ability to work outdoors in all inclement weather, on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
