• Keep our community looking and running at its best, from repairs and touch‑ups to maintaining gardens, gyms, and resident areas.
• Assist with apartment make‑ready processes and ensure vacant units remain market‑ready.
• Respond to maintenance queries, complete minor repairs.
• Support compliance and safety checks (training provided).
• Deliver great service, from parcel deliveries to helping residents feel at home.

• A hands‑on, practical thinker with a can‑do attitude.
• Someone keen to build a career in facilities, property, or trades.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Comfortable lifting up to 12kg, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout the day while following safe work practices.
• Previous experience in maintenance or similar role advantageous.
• Helpful and friendly manner, professional and courteous with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to obtain a favorable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
