Automotive Dispatcher

Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our team and help create an efficient flow of traffic through our service department.

The Dispatcher plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional and timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience High School diploma or the equivalent and 1-2 related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of auto industry experience in a service related function.

Preferred Education and Experience Associate's Degree or equivalent; and 2-3 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
