Position: Temporary Steward/Kitchen Worker (Full‑Time, 35 hrs/week minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dish rooms and outlets with proper chemicals and solutions; prepare partial racks for service
• Operate dish, glass, and pulper machines, including booster heater when applicable
• Maintain entire dish room area clean, orderly, and complete all warewashing procedures
• Clean dish machine, change water every two hours, and de‑lime twice a week
• Organize glass racks and empty racks according to labeling
• Scrap all dishes during daily service to keep the machine clean; load dish machine to prevent breakage or damage
• Check dishes and glasses for cleanliness before returning to service; pre‑wash glasses if needed
• Stack glass racks by likeness
• During service breakdown: clean all China, glass, and black trays; remove from dish room and leave one partial rack if available for next shift
• Clean shelves, organize chemicals and store in boxes; drain & clean glass machine; replace internals in correct order; turn off booster heater
• Thoroughly clean dish machine using auto‑clean cycle, remove and clean screens, spray internal and external surfaces, reassemble when complete
• Clean front and back lines with mild Dawn detergent solution
• Initiate auto‑clean on pulper after usage; check sanitizer level; ensure break switch off
• Clean floors with deck scrubbers; flush sinks and drains with sanitizer solution
• Leave kitchen/work area free of dirt, glass, China, and flatware before departure
• Pick up floor debris, mopped water, and dispose of trash in appropriate containers
• Report all leaks to Supervisor or appropriate personnel
• Handle any dripping items carefully in a tray, bucket, or suitable container

Required Experience: Six (6) months experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club

Benefits and Compensation:

• Hourly wage of $13.88 (or $14.21 as listed) with guaranteed overtime at not less than $20.82 per hour
• Bi‑weekly pay
• Minimum 35 hours per week; schedule may include evenings, weekends, and any day of the week
• On‑site location: 101 Main Street West, White Sulphur Springs, WV; on‑the‑job training provided
• Employer will reimburse transportation and subsistence costs as described, including H‑2B visa related fees for eligible workers
• Employer will provide all required tools, supplies, and equipment at no charge
• Daily subsistence of $16.28 per day, capped at $68.00, with receipts
• Work hours to equal at least three‑quarters of workdays in each 12‑week period
