Maintenance Technician - The Dorsey by Alta

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Manages access to materials and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor for re-orders;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and performing minor repairs and painting as needed
