This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager, located in Vincennes, IN. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair, including performing preventive maintenance, ensuring production processes run efficiently, and managing maintenance schedules. The individual will lead and supervise a team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimal performance, while continuously identifying areas for improvement to support company goals.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management principles and best practices
- Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
