As a Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Manage daily facility and maintenance operations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate facility improvements, renovations, and capital projects.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts.
- Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of facilities or maintenance management experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
