Clean, maintain, and repair carpeted and hard floor surfaces;
Perform floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using Service Master provided tools and procedures;
Sweep, mop, polish, vacuum, shampoo carpets, strip, waxing, buffing;
Move furniture, disinfect floors with sanitizer, spot cleaning, cleaning of elevators and stairs;
Operate various floor equipment and machinery; maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; use PPE and safety equipment; open and lock facilities and manage security system
