Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while leading a skilled maintenance team in support of plant operations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Direct, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals across multiple shifts.
• Partner with production and plant leadership to support operational goals and production schedules.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair efforts involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and inventory through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and outside contractors.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Support capital projects, facility upgrades, and equipment installations as needed.
