Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency;
Respond to service requests and repairs including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry;
Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed;
Repair and replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry;
Clean and maintain exterior landscaping and assist with trash removal;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor;
Adhere to the company’s safety programs
