Content Cleaning​/Pack - Skill sets

Overview

United Restoration, Inc. is looking for an IICRC certified technician to work in a dual role of crew leader/content manager for our contents cleaning, inventory and pack-out division, and as water tech
- Part time position

• Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred
• Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability
• Inventory, boxing and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke or soot damage
• Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning
• Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged
• Physical labor to including lifting of 50-75lbs
• A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
• Must pass a Background and Drug screening
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Able to work independently or with other team members
• Experience with Xactimate estimating software a plus
• Experience with Encircle preferred
• Good organizational skills and time management required
