Maintenance Technician ; 2nd Shift

What will I be doing?

* Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs

* Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment

* Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.

* Replace faulty plumbing components.

* Detailed record keeping

* Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership

What are we looking for?

* 6 months to 1 year related experience.

* High School Diploma or GED

* Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
