Shift Requirements after onboarding/training for this role: M - F 10 AM - 7 PM

• Service MR and AX equipment in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area.
• Act as a Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide adequate training to operators to ensure optimal system performance and superior customer satisfaction.
• Help manage financial performance within your territory through inventory management, time management, and timely service call closure.
• Manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

• Minimum high school diploma. Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.).
• Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• 1+ years’ experience of complex electro‑mechanical, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.

• Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high‑reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.

The base pay range for this position is:

$52,720 - $72,490

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
