Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bicycle Mechanic with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring every bike that leaves our shop is safe, precise, and ready to ride—while creating exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
What You’ll Do- Deliver exceptional customer service by advising clients on products, services, and cycling solutions
- Perform high-quality service and repairs on all styles of bicycles
- Take ownership of quality control, ensuring every bike is built and serviced to the highest standards
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and fully stocked workshop
- Track and manage parts orders, warranties, and service records
- Complete all assigned work accurately and on schedule
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and create positive outcomes
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Continuously build your product knowledge and technical expertise
- Contribute to a positive, team‑first culture built on communication, integrity, and shared success
- Minimum of 3 years of bicycle mechanic experience (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and people skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast‑paced environment
