Responsibilities:
Connect Talent Solutions currently has an immediate need for a Plant Engineer. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairing and continual operation of all Central Laundry Facility equipment that serves the Hampton Roads area. The Plant Engineer will assist with board level troubleshooting andadjusting of commercial grade high volume laundryequipment as necessary to ensure the quality of the finished products.
Responsible for closely monitoring the equipment throughout the production process to ensure operational down-time is minimized. This position requires extensive troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards (PCB's) and the ability to do so without schematics.
- Minimun 3 years of management and supervisor experience.
- Minimum 3 years of board leveltroubleshooting commercial grade equipment maintenance experience or military mission critical systems with a special emphasis on preventative maintenance.
- High School Diploma
- At least one completed Navy "C" School
- Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer or mechanical engineering
