Southern Royalty Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, support cleaning teams, maintain service quality, and ensure schedules run smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily cleaning operations and staffing
- Coordinate schedule changes and coverage
- Coach and support field employees
- Perform quality inspections and address client concerns
- Manage supplies, equipment, and job documentation
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
- Cleaning industry experience is a plus
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs
