Part-Time Equipment Service Associate (Hand Tools)
Our client, a leading provider in the industrial and equipment services sector, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Equipment Service Associate (Hand Tools) to join their team. As a Part-Time Equipment Service Associate (Hand Tools), you will be part of the maintenance and customer support department supporting the service and repair team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00
Shift: Part time
What's the Job?
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on hand tools and small equipment
- Inspect equipment and identify defective or worn parts
- Assemble new equipment and perform operational testing
- Assist customers with service inquiries, basic product information, and equipment loading
- Answer phone calls and support front-counter operations
What's Needed?
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
