Maintenance Supervisor

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance for our multifamily communities within the Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role oversees daily building and systems operations, unit turns, and preventive maintenance while supervising technicians and coordinating vendors. The Maintenance Supervisor will diagnose and complete or manage repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.

You'll partner closely with property and asset management to support capital projects, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver an exceptional resident experience in a collaborative, accountable culture focused on long-term asset performance.
