Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Part time

• Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on hand tools and small equipment
• Inspect equipment and identify defective or worn parts
• Assemble new equipment and perform operational testing
• Assist customers with service inquiries, basic product information, and equipment loading
• Answer phone calls and support front-counter operations

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
