Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies and safety standards;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished;
Access and obtain materials and equipment from the property's maintenance department, track inventory, and notify for re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document service requests and maintenance activities;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and performing related tasks;
Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials efficiently
