Two Maids is looking for a Lead Professional House Cleaner to join our Jacksonville team near St. Johns Towne Center/Southpoint Parkway.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys doing great work and helping others succeed. You'll clean homes alongside your teammates while helping our Location Manager train new employees, maintain our quality standards, and build a positive, dependable team.

Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're equally interested in people who have succeeded in other active, hands-on positions.

Experience as a CNA, caregiver, assisted-living team member, housekeeper, hospitality employee, or in another physically active role can prepare you well for this job. We're looking for people accustomed to being on their feet, following a consistent process, handling different situations, working as part of a team, and taking responsibility for getting the job done.

Being a Lead isn't just about being a great cleaner. It's about helping the people around you become better, too.

You’ll start each morning at our Jacksonville office, then head to cleaning appointments—usually working in a two-person team and completing 1–3 homes per day.

This is active, physical work involving bending, reaching, scrubbing, vacuuming, carrying supplies, and being on your feet throughout much of the day.

• Help train and onboard new Professional House Cleaners
• Reinforce Two Maids' cleaning and quality standards
• Provide helpful feedback and guidance to teammates
• Help identify and resolve quality concerns
• Support the Location Manager and lead by example

• $500–$650 per week + tips and incentives
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends
• Paid training
• All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
• Mileage reimbursement when using your vehicle for cleaning routes

• $100 Milestone Bonus for successfully completing your first 90 days while meeting attendance and reliability requirements

Applicants must be at least 18, available approximately 7:45 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Friday, and have dependable transportation to our Jacksonville office.
