Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for Ocean Beach Club, a beachfront property along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. The role requires hands-on maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas with emphasis on guest relations and timely problem resolution.
Responsibilities include repairing boilers, plumbing, pumps, HVAC and electrical systems, performing work orders, and ensuring safety and documentation.
