Apartment Setup Technician

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day? We're looking for an Apartment Setup Technician to help prepare fully furnished corporate apartments for incoming residents.

This is a hands-on role that combines furniture delivery, apartment setup, inventory management, quality inspections, and light maintenance. If you have experience in moving, delivery, warehouse work, hospitality, property management, apartment turnovers, or general labor, we'd love to hear from you.

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends required.

• Deliver and install furniture, housewares, and other apartment essentials using company vehicles.
• Set up furnished apartments to company standards, ensuring every unit is move-in ready.
• Perform apartment inspections to verify cleanliness, quality, and completeness before resident arrival.
• Assemble furniture and make minor adjustments using basic hand tools.
• Track inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure apartments are properly stocked.
• Load, unload, and move furniture and household items safely using dollies and hand trucks.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, cleaning tasks, and quality checks.
• Document work and communicate with team members using mobile applications and Microsoft Office.
• Support residents, property staff, and team members with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Travel locally throughout the market to complete apartment setups and deliveries.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Experience in delivery, moving, warehouse, apartment turnover, property management, hospitality, logistics, or general labor preferred.
• Comfortable assembling furniture and using basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and household items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.

You'll spend your day working in furnished corporate apartments and residential communities, helping create welcoming homes for incoming residents. This is a physically active position involving delivery, setup, furniture assembly, inventory management, cleaning, and quality inspections.

You'll work alongside a supportive team that values communication, collaboration, and helping one another succeed.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
