Location: Rocky Mount
Compass Group - Up to $17.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and hands-on training for custodial associates;
Provide one-on-one training and orientation feedback for new associates;
Train on janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical usage/safety;
Perform monthly safety performance reviews to ensure OSHA and policy compliance;
Conduct walk-through building inspections
