Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by monitoring the guest ticketing system to ensure tickets are answered in a timely manner;
Ensure cabin maintenance repairs are prioritized for the guest experience;
Perform periodic preventative maintenance on cabins (cabin integrity, woodwork, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and interior/exterior equipment), with 100% program completion monthly;
Perform periodic landscaping maintenance on both the Outpost and Residential grounds;
Assist in Facilities project planning and execution
