McDonald's - - Responsibilities:
Perform equipment maintenance and repair on restaurant equipment including Taylor and Carpigiani shake/sundae machines, Garland grills, Henny Penny equipment, and Frymaster vats;
Conduct facility and general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs as needed;
Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service records; ensure compliance with safety guidelines;
Document all repairs and preventive maintenance activities; respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime;
Recommend process or equipment improvements to reduce future breakdowns and ensure operational readiness
