Opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is looking for a full‑time Maintenance Worker to join our team at Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform routine maintenance duties throughout the property.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.75 per hour.

- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing and removing weeds
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
- Document maintenance tasks using logs/CMMS software
- Drive company vehicle daily
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair
- Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
Days, evenings, holidays, weekends, Monday‑Friday shifts.
