This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow and process efficiency, product quality, and team member training.

This position coordinates the daily responsibilities of the department, ensuring the supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. The role monitors all equipment to verify proper functioning, notifies the supervisor of any needed maintenance, and maintains a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Additional duties include troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets.

Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• 6 months continuous work history with a single employer in the past 12 months
• Rehire criteria: a minimum waiting period of 180 days; no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods
