Job Title

Continuously monitor asset health using real-time condition data, sensors, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze condition-monitoring results to assess operational status and identify emerging degradation trends.

Predict optimal maintenance windows by applying predictive-analytics techniques (e.g., vibration, thermography, oil analysis).

Schedule and coordinate corrective maintenance activities at the predicted intervals to prevent unplanned downtime.

Prioritize maintenance resources based on asset criticality, condition severity, and cost-benefit considerations.

Track maintenance effectiveness and adjust predictive models to improve accuracy and extend asset life.

Report insights and recommendations to operations and reliability teams to support data-driven decision-making.
